First, make sure that the parameters the engineers have sent have been loaded into the project. Read more about that here:

When sending information to another stakeholder in the project, go to:
Trials and Download – Bimfire Tools to download the receiver.
The import will appear under Add-Ins under its own panel, BFT Import.

In the Add-Ins tab, go to BFT Import → Import from link
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Choose the Engineering model in the drop-down menu and press Import. This will load the data defined in their Import mapping from the engineering model to the Architect model.
Note: When importing, the software will own all objects in the imported category. So be sure to be alone in the model.
