When installing BFT Acoustic there is a template included which will be placed here:

C:\Program Files\BFTAcoustics\BFTAcoustics\2022\ProjectTemplates

The tool itself is installed:

C:\Program Files\BFTAcoustics\BFTAcoustics\2022

After installing BFT Acoustic and starting Revit, the template will not appear in the drop-down menu. 

This is because the first time Revit starts with BFT Acoustics installed, the tool itself will be set up within Revit and change the Revit.ini file where the direction for the template.

So it's necessary to restart Revit after activation to be sure that everything has been updated, and now the BFT template will appear at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
