When showing the cavity barriers from compartmentation walls and floors, use two separate section views to illustrate.

Duplicate the section, so the both sections are in the same location.

In one of the section, turn off all categories except Fire Protection.

Change the Far Clip Offset so it just goes through the facade.

Drag both views into a sheet, first with the facade view, and second with the cavity barriers. 

The boarders from the wall compartmentations will update in the facade view as it is updated in the floor plan.
